Our team includes nutritionists, physiotherapists, yoga & meditation experts, and Crossfit coaches. Most of our team has been multiple of years of experience in training and practicing their professions.


In addition, we each have worked in a corporate or a start-ups environment and understand the daily challenges, deadlines and stress that working professionals go through each and every day.

We created this program for everyone professional who works for hours from home or from office, who do not find time to spend 30 minutes daily for their wellness, or who feel tired during work hours or do not feel the energy every day, who spend hours sitting on their seats attending virtual or live meetings or busy writing codes or editing videos.
